Thanks a lot guys. It was a fun time, and actually first real drift event i had been to.

As far as the editing, I try not to go overboard with the pictures. Some people might spend hours on one photo touching up a picture. I dont have the time, patience, or skill to do that so I try to get what i want mainly in camera.

Canon 20d with a filthy sensor and a canon 70-300mm IS USM f/4-5.6. It was 550 plus an extra 20 for the hood, but the 70-200mm f/4L is only 600. Think i should stick with what i got? I was about to try and sell it.

You should definatly go with the L lens. The glass is so much better then the Canon ef lenses. You get much better focus and color!! Plus it makes you look like Papparazzi Laughing
